- Subscription
Paid Advisory
A flat fee for the tier where a dedicated advisor handles your purchase end to end. Browsing and the verified-user dashboard are free.
- Builder side
A fixed fee from the builder, capped at 2%
On a completed purchase NelaZo receives a fee from the builder at one fixed rate, never above 2% of the price, and you see the exact amount in writing before you close. The rate is the same for every verified builder, so none can pay for a better spot on your shortlist — and because you also pay the advisory subscription, NelaZo answers to you.
- Partners
Referral fees from legal, CA, and loan partners
If you choose to use a NelaZo partner, NelaZo earns a small referral fee. Always your choice, never automatic, and the introduction is optional.
